The next kettlebell boot camp begins January 23 and runs until February 24, 2012.
Boot camp is five weeks long and participants may choose 1, 2 or 3 day per week classes. 
Boot camp meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:15pm-6pm and on Tuesday and Thursday from 12:30pm-1:15pm.
Classes are held indoors at the Swedish Institute – 226 West 26th Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
The rate for the five-week class is $125 1x/week, $200 2x/week, $225 3x/week. Pre-registration and payment in advance is required.
Kettlebells are provided. Bring water, a yoga mat, towels and a positive attitude.
