Jason Keigher CSCS, CPT, PES, CES, Kettlebell Boot Camp Instructor
Jason began his fitness career ten years ago with Equinox Fitness Clubs and spent over five years employed as a personal trainer at Reebok Sports Club/NY. Jason graduated Magna Cum Laude from Touro College in 1998 with a bachelor’s of science degree.
Jason is certified by Kettlebell Concepts (KBC) as a Level 1 Instructor and Level 2 Advanced Kettlebells for Metabolic and Neurological Adaptations Specialist; by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS); by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor; as well as by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist (CES) and performance enhancement specialist (PES).
Additionally, Jason is certified by The Sports Club/LA as a pre/post natal and integrated flexibility specialist. Jason is also a certified Power Plate and Tupler Technique (pre/post natal) instructor. Jason has earned his CPR and AED certifications from the American Heart Association.
Jason’s specialties include kettlebell training, weight loss/gain, body toning, shaping, strength and flexibility training, postural correction, core strengthening and pre/post natal workouts. He is available for kettlebell boot camps, workshops and personal training in your home, office, park or gym throughout New York City.

Vincent Metzo M.A., L.M.T., C.S.C.S., Kettlebell Boot Camp Instructor
Vincent was born and raised in NYC. His early years were spent studying acting and dance. During his time as an undergraduate at NYU Tisch School of the Arts studying acting he renewed his interest in movement and acrobatics. After studying acrobatics and tumbling with Chuck Kelly at Broadway Dance Center and Pilates’ based mat work Vincent decided to return to NYU to pursue a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and Fitness Management. After a few years working in corporate fitness and receiving his Diploma and License as a Massage Therapist, he began teaching at the Swedish Institute where he now runs the Advanced Personal Training Courses and is the Chairman of the Science Department in the Massage Program.
Vincent lives in Westchester with his wife and twin sons. All of whom train with kettlebells. He is the creator of the FCES (Flexibility and Corrective Exercise Specialist), Focus on Flexibility and Periodization of Sports Massage workshops, is a Senior Instructor for Kettlebell Concepts teaching their Level 1 Instructor Trainings, and developed and is teaching Advanced Kettlebells for Neurological and Metabolic Adaptations training for KBC.
Zenon Dolnyckyj CPT, Kettlebell Boot Camp Instructor
Zenon Dolnyckyj is a certified advanced level kettlebell instructor and former Tier III trainer at Equinox. He is an experienced martial arts and meditation teacher. Today his clients range from ages 17 to 82. He has helped his clients get out of back and shoulder pain, prepare for and recover from pregnancy, and decrease their marathon running time. His passion for precision and movement has driven Zenon to help all types of people more fully enjoy the human experience.
